System behavior with other UART speed

Change .BitRate field in uart_stdio structure to 115200. Change terminal settings to 115200, compile and run. Observe results.

Expected: chocoos works ok Current: chocoos (or display) hungs in random place

Check if UART and system speed is set correct.
