Use named URL patterns

Before [270], I could use this without problems: {{{ (r'^checkout/pay/$', 'paypal.checkout-step2.pay_ship_info'), }}}

This now results in checkout links not working. Named URLs fix that and still allow {% url %} to be used. They aren't in Django 0.96 however.

As the docs mention, it is a good idea to use a unique naming scheme.

    I applied these fixes in [273]

    Still need to more broadly apply url naming to other views but they are not as critical as the checkout process.
