Run from command line

Hi Chris,

We've modified BatClassify to allow us to call it with a command line argument of a filename and get the results printed to stdout as JSON text. The default behaviour is to run the GUI just as before, it remains unchanged. Some code was reorganised, the main business logic was extracted to a new class ClassifierUK. And one deployment detail changed, the relative path to models.

We've claimed copyright on our code, but would happily hand over copyright to you upon merging.
