Plugins won't show in channels FX

Hi, I have downloaded the plugins for Windowsx64 and for some reason the're automatically installed in ProgramFilesx86. Then, when I open Reaper I see them being load into the program but they won't appear in the channel's FX list. This only happens with the newer versions. I downloaded the 1.0 zip and those worked.

Very probably, the reason for not appearing, is the missing Microsoft-VC++-Redistributables. You can download them here: https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/topic/aktuelle-unterstützte-downloads-für-visual-c-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0 (vc_redist.x64.exe).

Since now we provide x64 binaries only, it would make more sense to install them to the 64bit folder, I’ll fix this for the next release. Also the Redistributable-Issue we will either add automatic installation or document it properly.
