Print from cef3 apparently can't set background images and colours option

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter e.g. google.com
2. Attempt to print from within cef

I would expect the option (programmatically, preferably) of setting this behavior, as google chrome print preview does. Not that I don't need print preview implemented though. The way chrome does this is passing some option to it's pdf renderer.
