Cannot Print on a specific page or page range

This is happening in the 2623.1396Win32 CefClient.exe. Load a multipage URL then bring up the Print dialog. Select a single page or page range to print. (Pages radio button). The page is not printed until the app is closed. In our own application we get an exception in ceflib.

It's a WontFix because

1. is a Chrome issue
2. 2623 is not supported anymore
3. the Chrome issue was fixed and landed in 54.0.2839.0.
