Fix for IME not working on Linux (Issue#1813)
This fix fixes the issue mentioned in https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/1813/cef-does-not-work-with-imes-on-linux
Tested this fix in CEF client and it works fine. I had mapped Ctrl+Space to switch between Mozc Japanese input and English locales.
