This PR adds multi-touch support for off-screen rendering (https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/1059). This continues the work from https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/pull-requests/104.
Changes since the previous pull request:
Works against current master (3683)
Added touch support for cefclient on Linux
Fixed fling gesture
Fixed touch on popup widgets
Fixed touch on PDF viewer
I also checked some other issues mentioned in the previous PR. Now touch unit tests pass on all three platforms, including on Windows 10 with HiDPI screen.
--disable-pinchalso works as expected.This PR is ready to be merged.
