Update to the new CEF versioning scheme (CEF issue 2596)
This is a follow-up to PR #34 (https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/java-cef/pull-requests/34/update-to-cef-336831927gf5ebcc5/diff) in which JCEF is updated to be compatible with the new versioning scheme of CEF.
I changed all the spots you mentioned in your comments on #34 and also extended the Java CefVersion object to return CEF_MAJOR, CEF_MINOR and CEF_PATCH.
