Don't manage to add the block

Hello, I'm really sorry to bother you with this, i've tried to find the solution by myself through internet, Moodle forum and Google unsuccessfully. I've just tried to install the last version of the plugin (2020041000) in my Moodle system (v3.8.3). Theres no problem during set up but later when try to add the block I don't find it in the list of availables blocks. Cheking for pluging state in system shows me that this one it's enable. Taking in to account I am using lasts versions for Moodle and pluging. Is it a dysfunction or a mistake from me ?

This block only works inside a course context. So you need to enter first in a course.

Maybe are you trying to add it to the global context where all the courses are listed in your Moodle?
