Feature request: Setting for changing the default session limit

I wanted to change the default time limit (60 minutes) to 30 minutes but I couldn’t do it using the graphic user interface. If I understood correctly, BLOCK_DEDICATION_DEFAULT_SESSION_LIMIT is a constant and the only way to change it is editing the source code. It would be great to have a block setting to modify that value, otherwise if you don’t know programming you have to change the value in every course by hand and that can be quite annoying.
