Show custom profile fields

Hi, I'm writing here because the official forum was closed. I'm trying to modify the code in order to display custom profile fields in the page and in the excel file (like i.e. Fiscal Code, or birth date...). I don't know what code I could use and where I could put it. Can you help me please? Or do you think you could insert them as option with a cascade menu? Thanks in advance Iuri
