Send to Unreal
Expected: Object is facing to the right (in the direction of the Y axis) so that when you look through the "Front" camera the figure is facing you.
I guess there's some ambiguity about how to handle this as C4D uses: (X=Right, Y=Up, Z=Forward) and as I understand it, Unreal uses (X=Right, Y=Forward, Z=Up).
Perhaps you can better speak to what is the proper orientation in the game world.
Here's what I get when I export an FBX from C4D and open it in Unreal:
