Chamfer Limited due to CSTO

Chamfer only works up to a point because it's been limited by CSTO.

    Fixed in e79a2e3 - Now use MakeEditable as an intermediate step before CSTO to try to maintain more of the original points. This can have some unexpected consequences with complex parent paths and it may make sense to add a "Use Deformed State" option so the user can choose which is more important.
