Unclear what download bars represent

I see two progress bars but they seem to be doing the same thing. Perhaps some labels on the left to indicate what each represents?

Also when installing multiple plugins, perhaps an overall progress bar? 3/9 Plugins Installed

I think a lot of the confusion comes from Issue #5. The top progress bar was resetting for each download. This should be fixed now. The top progress bar is intended as the overall progress, while the bottom is the progress for this specific plugin.

With the fix to Issue #5, the bottom progress bar now also considers download and install each 50% of the total process for a single item, rather than resetting the progress bar for install.
