Verify Install Log doesn't refresh Available list if plugins are found missing.

To Recreate:

1. Install GRIP via the Toolbox
2. Exit C4D
3. Manually delete GRIP
4. Open C4D & CV Toolbox
5. File > Verify Install Log
6. Confirm that you've deleted a plugin
7. BUG: Look through the Available list, GRIP is missing.

However, GRIP does reappear once you close and reopen CV Toolbox.
