Selection Mismatch

When an object is filtered off the list by the text filter, it's selection state isn't cleared in ResourceRoot.Select because it's no longer in the list. As a result, once it comes back into the list the dictionary is still marked as selected.

Fix Issue #122: Selection mismatch. This fix enforces that only one object can be selected, and should make the dictionary 'selected' key obsolete.
