Add product version to issues submitted through cvMenus bug submitter

Include version number in bug posting. Need to figure out if this should use the bitbucket version field or just be within text description.

    Fixed with a18408739

    Pushing it in the text description and the Version field, but the Version doesn't appear unless that version has already been defined in the project.
