AttributeError installing after verifying install log

If you update the install log after verifying and finding missing resources, the next installation will throw an exception AttributeError:getroot in writeInstallLog line 897.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Delete an installed file 2. Verify Install Log 3. Click Yes Update Install Log 4. Re-install the resource you just verified 5. At end of installation, error is thrown when install log is written.
