Alternative XML

Option to force Toolbox to use an alternate XML file, so a studio could for instance create a branded Toolbox with their own in-house tools and approved external tools.

If we do this, we should do it in such a way that doesn't allow other developers to just use toolbox as their own installer without any sort of compensation (monetary or otherwise) back to Cineversity
