Plugin and Scripts in same Installation

Need to somehow cope with mixed installations, like a folder containing a plugin and another containing scripts, or a folder containing a plugin and a preset lib.

Perhaps multiple download entities in the xml with a flag, but the download isn't currently set to loop and that would get tricky with the install function. I could do it only in install if I assume it'll always be in a single file.

Also consider how it would work with multiple download entities already for different installs based on version.
