CV-Toolbox Auto-Opens w/ Team Render

If I open Team Render Client or Team Render Server for the first time w/ CV-Toolbox installed in the standard C4D application - the CV-Toolbox interface automatically opens requesting that I login.

I'm not sure what the best behavior here is, as it's not ideal for an interface to auto-open on client. That said, we don't have a way of launching the Toolbox interface otherwise.
