Auto-Detect Installed Scripts

Many of the CV Tools are script packs, and if they've been manually installed CV-Toolbox doesn't detect them and list them as MANUALLY INSTALLED - however, when it comes time to install them, Toolbox is able to see that they exist and asks if you want to overwrite them.

Would it be possible to detect installed scripts based on default installation folder names?
