Remove username and add File & Help pull-down to top-bar

When I see "donovanskeith@gmail.com" in the upper-left hand corner of the interface I don't think that it's a pull-down that will lead me to more information.

I would propose:

File
- Log out donovanskeith@gmail.com
- Log in (when log out isn't an option)
Help
- Show Help (goes to cineversity.com intro video or a help html document)
- Support (goes to cineversity.com forum thread)
- About (modal pop up with the plugin name, version number, author info, and a link to cineversity.com etc)

This is the sort of thing I think we should standardize across plugins and that a common CV-Tools python package would be really great for.
