Toolbox doesn't refresh Cineversity authorization

It checks and stores the auth data, but never refreshes and re-stores that auth info. Also doesn't seem to expire premium auth properly based on the code.
In the meantime, auth can be reset by choosing Log Off from the File menu and logging back in.
