MANUALLY INSTALLED - No Logs

Hello!

Everytime I install a new Plugin via the Toolbox the previous installed plugin(s) are marked as MANUALLY INSTALLED. It would would be nice if I can get response on this Bugreport because it's an Bug that I've reported since earlier versions of the Toolbox.
