CV-Installed Plugins Showing as Manually Installed

Even after I delete the plugins and reinstall through the toolbox they still show as manually installed.

    Mac (/Users/apple/Library/Preferences/MAXON/CINEMA 4D R17_89538A46/plugins) Installlog contains BooleTools, LayerComps, CleanMode, SelectionManager, Switch toolboxLog only contains a 500 server error downloading Reflectance presets
