CV-Installed Plugins Showing as Manually Installed

Like many others I have the problem described in the issue title. I definitely deleted all the CV plugins and the CV toolbox from my plugins folder in the preferences folder of Cinema R17 (no changes in the original folders), reinstalled the CV toolbox and the plugins. After installing a new plugin today (splines), some of my plugins were sorted as "manually installed". Also under "verify install log" my newly installed plugin was listed as missing. So maybe its a write/read permission problem? Because the cvtoolbox.log file is empty! The possibility to install updates of this files anyhow would surely be helpfuill as a workaround.
