Inability to recognize CV-Toolbox installed plugins --- indentifies CV-Layer Comps Manager BETA as being manually installed and requests me to delete it otherwise it will not be able to update it.

Hmmm... seems like the Beta Channel is exposed to users it shouldn't be...

His issue was strictly with LayerComps BETA (duplicate with LayerComps Release). I removed LayerComps BETA so he should be fine now.
