Shows "Manually Installed"

In CV Toolbox, I am seeing some plugins showing “Manually Installed”, I am sure, I installed any manually. I remove all and reinstalled again with CV toolbox but same…! Even new plugin CV-Splines to Objects also showing manually installed.

• Cv tooldbox fresh installation.
• c4d installtion not moved.
• plugins/prefs folder not shared.
• CV toolbox is in Prefs/Plugins directory.
