Open Prefs Plugins Folder too On Force Manual Install

Hey Rick,

At the moment the Application/plugins folder opens when you press "no" on the "Are you sure you want to do this?" dialog. But the Prefs/plugins folder doesn't also open. This means that if someone has installed a plugin in prefs, but renamed it, they won't delete it and we'll have the same issue.
