trouble loading ArtSmart and Swim

Hi, I am able to load everything available (with my free account) following directions successfully wit the exception of ArtSmart and Swim.

I get this error message:

FAILED INSTALLATIONS: CV-ArtSmart:: Downloaded file is not a valid plugin/resource: specific reason unknown SwIm :: Adobe Swatch Importer:: Downloaded file is not a valid plugin/resource: specific reason unknown

Can you help get me going in the right direction?
