Can't Install CV-Smart Export into R18 Broadcast

I tried to install CV-Smart Export into R18 Broeadcast and it says installation failed. When Hide Unavailable is checked, that plugin remains available. I was trying to install it based on a cineversity tutorial I was watching on working with materials between C4D and Element 3D.
