Problem installing in preferences folder and login

Hey there! Have just tried to install CV toolbox into R19. Have copied complete "cv-toolbox" folder into plugins folder in R19 preferences. But CV doesn't open upon next start. So I copied it into the local plugins folder. CV opens but when I login it only offers few downloads. All the others are not available cause CV says I'm not logged in :-/ ...

Any help is highly appreciated :-) !
