"SUCCESSFUL INSTALLATIONS" Listed when 0/1 plugins installed

If no plugins have installed "SUCCESSFUL INSTALLATIONS" shouldn't be listed.

Also, if a plugin has totally failed to install, it shouldn't be listed as an error, it should be "FAILED INSTALLATIONS" - this way the user won't expect it to show up when they restart.
