Failed installations R20

Hi, I tried to install a few files via CV toolbox into my new C4D R20 (several times); some worked, some didn't (Internet connection is ok):

e.g. CV-Splines and:

FAILED INSTALLATIONS: HDRI Preset Pack:: Failed to download files - check internet connection Cinema 4D Reflectance Metal Materials:: Failed to download files - check internet connection

Can I just copy them from my R19 installation or should I wait some days?
