"Please restart..." should default to fixed height not relative.

When trying to look at a long install log, I'm going to want to resize the window and maximize the log on my screen. However when I do that currently, the gray area holding "Please restart CINEMA 4D to complete installation." takes up a good 30% of my vertical space when it don't need to be more than 30px.
