Custom Menu Item with CVToolbox items

From Bret: The last suggestion I have, is it would be cool if it installed to a custom menu item. I think it would feel better and more like a badass CV resource if it made me a CVToolbox Menu that listed all those things in there. That way I could find them more easily than searching in plugins or scripts. It reminds me of like when I was at Animation Mentor, we had to use all these tools and crap they had, but when you installed it was all in this AM menu, so everything pertaining to it was in there.

Could work for menu & object plugins, possibly scripts. Don't think it'd really work for other types. Would have to extend the XML to contain all plugin id's / script names and the desired menu structure.
