Add helper text to New/Updates

On the available list, append " (NEW)" to plugins that are new and " (UPDATED)" to plugins that have been updated.

Use Green (new) and Light Blue (updated) for the text. It should be at least as readable as the default text. The current dark yellow makes them seem less important.
