Pre-installed CV-SwIm 2.0 not detected

After ArtSmart was successfully detected I noticed that my development install of CV-SwIm 2.0 was not detected. I suspect it's because the folder names are different and a little more involved as I don't think I've changed the Plugin IDs.

The detection is solely based on plugin ID. So far I only bothered to add ArtSmart and PlaneSmart plugin IDs to the XML file. I'm leaving this open to remind us to fill the plugin ids in the XML file prior to release.

I added pluginids to the XML file for all active plugins: CV-Toolbox, CV-Swim, CV-ArtSmart, CV-Selection Manager, PlaneSmart, Switch, and Tradigitools
