Protect CV-Toolbox and cvToolboxCore

Byte-compile both CV-Toolbox.pyp (through C4D) and cvToolboxCore.py (however that happens).

IMO cvMenus.py and mediafire.py can remain unprotected. Usernames, passwords and API keys are all passed into cvMenus from the source plugin. Of course, someone could add a print statement to cvMenus to print out those values, so maybe I should protect it.
