"Install for" defaults to blank
When I open CV Toolbox "install for" defaults to blank, I don't know whether it's going to install for all users or just me, and it doesn't prompt me.
I haven't tested this, but I suspect there might be an issue if I install a plugin for all users and another user has already installed it for themselves.

reporter I would be wary of installing to the applications folder as well. I have a symbolic link setup in my user-specific plugin, script, & library folders that point to a folder in my drop-box account. This allows me to keep all of my plugins in sync across computers and it also means that i don't have to deal with write-restrictions to the applications folder while giving me a lot of the same power.

Removed the Install For dropdown. We'll just always install in the user folder to avoid UAC issues.

Forgot to mention this - it always installs to the prefs folder right now. I started getting queasy about installing in the application directory, and dealing with OS restrictions on the Programs folder. It's up for debate - how we should handle this, and gets more complicated with pre-installed plugins in the application directory.
