Update CV Toolbox Logo in Repo

I've attached a 64px x 64px PNG to be used as the CV Logo. It's based on the Cinema 4D Updater logo and follows the C4D color scheme conventions.

The bottom of the orange gradient in the C gets lost, especially at menu size.
Perhaps we should stick to our blue here anyway.
The png needs an alpha.

And here's an updated logo - I decided to go with a larger version of the Cineversity C w/ a black stroke. The CV toolbox will functionally be a portal to Cineversity so I think we can get away without a toolbox/updater visual metaphor.

Fixed in 66e9a59d
Apparently you can't use PNG for icons - the alpha isn't saved. Created an alpha and re-saved as TIF

Borrowing yet again from the C4D updater's design, here's an updated version of the toolbox banner.
If you want to borrow even more from their design, make sure that the background color matches, and that it aligns to the bottom of the dialog so that when you resize the white field extends to the top.
