CV-Toolbox always listed as "**UPDATED**"

I initially installed CV-Toolbox v0.7 by copying the Repo with PyCharm into my user plugins folder. Then updated to v0.8 via the Toolbox. Then manually deleted the extra copy of CV Toolbox (Folder name "CV Toolbox" instead of "cv-toolbox" which the auto-update was expecting and thus didn't delete/replace).

Since then CV-Toolbox is always listed as Available and UPDATED even if I choose to "Delete and reinstall" (or something similar) when I update via the toolbox.

Also it appears that CV-Toolbox gets a listing in "Installed" for every attempted installation/reinstallation. Ideally there should only be one entry or the tab should be renamed from "Installed" to "History".

Renamed the tab History with 9298553b

I want to keep all the installations in the log. I could filter the list prior to display in the tree, but that will require a bit more work. We'll wait and see if it's the desired route.
