Switch to "link hand" cursor when hovering over Link icons

To make the usage of the link icons a bit more evident, perhaps you could change the cursor to a hand whenever the mouse is hovering over a link icon?

I don't think it's possible to get hover events in a treeview. Do you know of any instance where the cursor changes based on the column the mouse is over in a treeview?
