consistency of netcdf output file names

To be consistent with WaPOR terminology I would suggest that the aeti layer is called aeti and not et (which would suggest it is e+t, which it is not?)

Also to maintain correct order of individual layers suggest to start with numbering bins as 001 instead of 1.

The variable "et" does not include the interception.

About the numbering of the bins, where do you see this? I'm guessing you are talking about a issue with QGIS?
