For an area in Jordan, the precipitation from CHRIPS is missing or full of nan values. This caused a missing values in interception and aeti. checking precipitation data for nan may be needed before proceeding to computation of interception.

If there are gaps in the precipitation map, thats not really a bug, its just missing data (for whatever reason). You can then consider applying a interpolation/gapfilling method by adjusting the configuration or adding another product (related to https://bitbucket.org/cioapps/pywapor/issues/39/add-additional-source-for-precipitation).
