First column in optimal policy dialog should be frozen

I think the first column of the optimal policy table shown by OpenMarkov GUI should be frozen. This would be useful in big tables when the user wants to move the scroll bar..

I think it should be frozen not only for optimal policies, but for all the tables: when editing a potential, when imposing a policy, when showing the expected utilities... However, I would dicrease the priority of this issue from major to minor, because it is an enhancement.
