Menus broken

On systems with German language, the menus are broken.

How to reproduce on Win 7 or Ubuntu Linux with German language: - Start openmarkov - the menus are decorated with >>> <<< signs (see attachment)

I think it's solved now, but I have no way to check it (other than to install Ubuntu or Windows in German).

Probably it is the same problem I found when changing the name of the executable file. Have you fixed it?
