Comments with CDATA

Francisco Javier Díez created an issue

When OpenMarkov writes a network in ProbModelXML format, the comments of variables are stored as follows:

<Comment><![CDATA[<html>...

but the comments of potentials as

<Comment><html> <head>

The first form is much more legible. The same function should be used to write both types of comments.
